Our Mission Statement Hebrews 10:32-39 A Messianic Life Model Community ™ An Ezer Knegdo/helpmeet to the Body of Messiah |
| Set Apart Ministries Foundational Teachings Over the years we have been shown various aspects of walking out Torah in community. Now as we are approaching our tenth anniversary, it has become more clear how we are to fulfill our calling to teach the Body of Messiah about maturity. We now understand that these three teachings are our foundations, moving from the personal, internal "micro" level of understanding, through the intermediate level of interpersonal relationships and on to the fullest, "macro" level of understanding about our need for echad in Messiah Yeshua in order to stand firm in Torah pursuant community. All of the other material on our site, either our own or as provided by guest authors, fits into the overall message of the development of strong, mature Believers in strong, mature Torah pursuant fellowship. Our prayer is that this information will help both shepherd/leaders and members of Messianic communities as they walk out Torah together. Maturity in Prayer Life --A community discussion applying Life Model developmental understanding to the growth of our prayer life. It moves from the beginning stages of faith all the way through parent and elder stages, examining how our prayer life changes as we grow in Messiah. The Drama Triangle for Messianic Fellowships -- A community discussion about relationship challenges and conflict incorporating the Karpmann Drama Triangle for resolution strategies. These concepts are applied at a personal and family level before moving into examples in Torah community. There is an additional discussion of Sha'ul's dilemma with the Galatians and how this Drama Triangle might fit. The Importance of Echad for Messianic Communities -- This PowerPoint presentation is available now in a very quick review video on YouTube. As of September, 09, we are still working to provide a recorded narrative for the entire presentation on line. We are available to present this information to area groups personally. This presentation is based on the personal and interpersonal aspects of maturity and echad as discussed in the first two teachings. It moves through a review of the nature and relationship of YHWH to His creation, a discussion of the types of communities, awareness of the reality of spiritual warfare and the impact on Messianic communities. |
