We strongly encourage all those involved in healing from past trauma to become students of the Word so that they can better understand the God Who alone is able to bring restoration. All those who are seriously seeking to know Jesus of Nazareth, Yeshua our Messiah will receive the promise He made that when we seek Him with all of our heart, He will answer. We are drawn to a study of His Word from the eyes of the Hebrew culture our Father chose as His set apart people to be His witness. Sadly, many of them did not recognize Yeshua/Jesus as that Messiah. We are truly grateful to have been grafted into the Olive Tree that is Israel as Paul described in Romans 11. The discipline of regular study of the Word, combined with regular praise time, community support and the shepherding/mentoring of our community elders is our basis for restoration. All of us are moving toward becoming One in Messiah, more set apart for His purposes. Our goal is to find that echad that Messiah Yeshua prayed we would have with Him and the Father as well as with one another. We understand that this requires maturity in our mind, will and emotions as well as in our faith and prayer life. A Foundational study of the Word was provided several years ago with the Ha Yesod program, provided by First Fruits of Zion. This study has been supplemented with many other resources. We are currently studying the Torah Club from First Fruits of Zion. We understand that part of His plan to fulfill covenant promises made to Abraham involves the reunion of the Two houses of Israel, Judah and Ephraim. We believe that many who inhabit the nations and who are believers in Messiash Yeshua or Jesus, may indeed be part of the remnant of Ephraim who scattered among all the nations. We look forward to our restoration through our Messiah as He fulfills Ezekiel's picture of the two sticks becoming one in His Hand once more. |
